Our exclusive blend of coffee beans goes through an intense roasting process by artisans. The beans are roasted to Full City and finally caramelised with sugar in the traditional Nanyang style. After cooling, the beans are ground perfectly to a medium grind.

Robusta Coffee (80%), Sugar (20%)
N.B. The sugar is added to caramelise the coffee beans towards the end of roasting. It is part of the Nanyang roasting process and does not add sweetness.
