UK SHIPPING
We provide Standard Shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We also provide the option to upgrade to '1st Class Signed For'
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is £2.99 via Royal Mail. The charge is once per order. Deliveries usually arrive in 2-3 working days but Royal Mail allows up to 10 days.
Large Letter 2nd Class: 250g packs of coffee / tea and sock filters (conveniently fits through most letter boxes)
Parcel Service: for everything else
1st Class Signed For shipping costs are calculated at check out
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, you can purchase anything on our site and still have it shipped to you.
Do you provide free shipping for orders over a certain value?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over £17.
USA SHIPPING
We provide shipping to the USA via a tracked USPS service, in conjunction with a specialist UK-based USA-only shipping partner..
How much is shipping?
USA Shipping prices start from £12.99 and are calculated on a per order basis, which we email to you after receiving your online order or at your request before you place an order. From the base rate, there is only incremental increases as weight increases [for packages under 9cm thick]. As a guide:
- 1 pack of 250g coffee/tea: £12.99
- 1 pack of 250g coffee/tea + sock filter: £12.99
- 2 packs of 250g coffee/tea + 2 sock filters :£14.99
Any orders containing a Brewing Cup or packages over 9cm thick will be affected by a Thickness Surcharge applied by our shippers which we unfortunately have to pass on. As a guide:
- Small Starter Pack [250g coffee/tea, sock filter, 1 brewing cup]: £17.54
- Large Starter Pack [500g coffee/tea, sock filter, 2 brewing cups]: £26.49
You are under no obligation to proceed with the shipping quote, so if you have placed an order and change your mind, we can quickly and easily cancel your order and refund your payment. If you would like to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order, please send us an email outlining what items you would like. You will have the option of making payment online via our secure transactions partner, Square Up.
How long until I receive my package?
The typical transit time quoted to us is 7-10 days from the point of dispatch. You will receive an email to say when your order has been dispatched, and a separate email with the tracking number once this has been passed to us.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Kopi House, Unit 214 Buspace Studio, London, W10 5AP, UK. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase at your own cost.
Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee and tea is a consumable good we will only replace or refund if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team. Please contact our Customer Service via the Contact page in this instance.

We do our utmost to ensure that goods arrive in perfect conditions, however, in the instance that an order is received damaged please contact our Customer Service team via the Contact page and they will be able to help.
