UK SHIPPING

We provide shipping via Royal Mail.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is £3.50 for via Royal Mail. The charge is once per order. Deliveries usually arrive in 2-3 working days but Royal Mail allows up to 10 days. 

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, you can purchase anything on our site and still have it shipped to you.

Do you provide free shipping for orders over a certain value?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over £18.



USA SHIPPING

We provide shipping to the USA via a tracked USPS service, in conjunction with a specialist UK-based shipping partner.

How much is shipping?
USA Shipping prices start from £12.99 and are calculated on a per order basis. Our website limits currently limits shipping to 2kg as there are limitation imposed with certain package sizes. If your order is over the weight limit, simply drop us at email on orders@kopihouse.co.uk listing the items you would like, and we can work out the best way to package the products to ensure they will be accepted for shipping.


How long until I receive my package?

The typical transit time quoted to us is 7-10 days from the point of dispatch. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day after it has been received, allowing us the opportunity to book the collection with our delivery partner. You will receive an email to say when your order has been dispatched, and a separate email with the tracking number once this has been passed to us.


RETURNS

Can I return my order?
We will accept returns of any equipment or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Kopi House, Unit 214 Buspace Studio, London W10 5AP. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase at your own cost.

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee and tea is a consumable good we will only replace or refund if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team. Please contact our Customer Service via the Contact page in this instance.

My order is damaged - can you help?
We do our utmost to ensure that goods arrive in perfect conditions, however, in the instance that an order is received damaged please contact our Customer Service team via the Contact page and they will be able to help.
