This blend is a nod to the Hainanese-owned Kopitiams of old where story of developing kopi began.
Our exclusive blend of coffee beans are dark roasted before being intensely caramelised, as is the Nanyang Kopi way. After cooling, the beans are ground perfectly to a medium grind. This lends to a profile filled with mounds of cacao and dark chocolate on the palate, complimented by notes of smoky caramel. Big bold and fragrant aroma awaits.
Serve it black or with evaporated milk, or to showcase this blend, serve it the traditional way as a Kopi (coffee with condensed milk)

Robusta Coffee (80%), Sugar (20%)
N.B. The sugar is added to caramelise the coffee beans towards the end of roasting. It is part of the Nanyang roasting process and does not add sweetness.
