A premium Calamansi Fruit juice concentrate, made with real Malaysian calamansi
Relive hawker centre nostalgia with our authentic 'lime' juice. Calamansi, believed to be a hybrid of kumquat and mandarin, is native to the Phillipines, but has spread throughout all of SE Asia where it is also referred to as the 'Philippine Lime'.
This small tropical citrus fruit is tart, sour and sweet and provides the backbone of Singaporean hawker cuisine, served as wedges alongside many dishes and famously available as iced 'Lime Juice' from hawker centre drinks vendors.
Our premium quality sweetened concentrate uses a much higher concentration of squeezed Malaysian calamansi fruit compared to that found in hawker centres - 35%, no less - and has a noticeable 'golden' flavour reminiscent of sun-soaked ripe calamansi. Serve it iced, or be creative with some soda water for a crisp, thirst-quenching Calamansi Soda - something for those hot summer days, or any day really! Or how about a calamansi slush, or in cocktails, or even as an ingredient in a homemade calamansi sorbet? All this with absolutely zero artificial flavourings!

Directions for drinking:
Dilute 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water, or to taste. Makes 40 servings [50ml concentrate per 250ml serving]
Tip: above directions are for Singapore-style sweetness. We prefer it more diluted at 1:5 [40ml concentrate per 250ml serving].
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use with in 4 weeks
